RETURN POLICY

At PureFUN! Inc., our goal is to provide our customer with quality products and a delightful shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery. All orders are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus return freight*. If you received an item in error, we will gladly pay for the return shipping cost and waive the restocking fee.

*Crib Return Policy: If a crib is returned you are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return freight. Only unopened, factory sealed cartons are accepted.
*Carpet Return Policy: If a carpet is returned you are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return freight. Only unopened, factory sealed cartons are accepted.

We cannot accept returns of certain products, including:
  • Any closeout item.
  • Any food product
  • Food service disposable items, such as plates, cups, napkins, etc.
  • Any aerosol products.
  • Smallwares products such as china, glassware or other breakable items.
  • Vacuum cleaners.
  • Special order items.

Additionally, we cannot issue a refund for the return of certain products, including:
  • Any product that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any product that is not returned in its original shipping carton, complete with all packing materials.
  • Items returned without a Return Authorization Number.

Returning Damaged Products
** You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item.

Returning All Other Products
** Contact us within 14 business days.
** Obtain a Return Authorization Number and return address.
Call our Returns Department (877) 922-7635 for a customer service representative between 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. EST Monday-Friday.

You will need to provide us with the following information:
  • Your name
  • Your company name
  • Order number
  • Item number of product(s) to be returned
  • Condition of the product to be returned
  • Any missing pieces/parts
  • Damaged or undamaged
  • Reason for return

Clearly mark your Return Authorization Number on the shipping label of your returned package.

1) The goods associated with your Return Authorization Number must be postmarked or shipped within 7 days of the date the Return Authorization Number was issued.
2) We cannot be held responsible for lost packages, so we recommend using a shipping service with tracking data such as FedEx or UPS ground.
3) Return credit is issued only for the product total and does not include shipping and/or handling charges.
4) If a Call Tag has been issued on defective or damaged merchandise, FedEx or UPS will make 3 attempts at pickup. After 3 failed attempts to pick up the damaged goods, the Return Authorization Number and refund will be cancelled, leaving the customer responsible for any costs related to the reshipment of goods.


ORDER CANCELLATION
To cancel an order you placed with PureFUN! Inc., you must contact customer support by phone at (877) 922-7635. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not been shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the product has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping/handling charges).

REFUND POLICY
After your return has been received at our warehouse, credits typically are posted to a customer's credit card account within 10-15 business days.
